  • clearly understanding of the length of the contract and act in case of a dispute (the contract terminates before the legal term)

  • Complete control over your earnings
  • Insurance Payment

  • Clear Description about arrangements for leaves
  • Clear indication about return of air fares to Bangladesh

Accommodation

  • Accommodation and standard of living (safe, clean and hygienic)
  • Payment for utilities (gas, water, electricity, telephone)
