How will I attend pre-departure orientation seminars (PDOS), if required?

Depending on the national laws, you are required to attend a pre-departure orientation seminar or training before you leave your country. In most cases, the PDOS is also provided by the government agency where you processed your employment documents. In Bangladesh, Technical Training Centres (TTC) provides pre-departure training.

If required, your passport will be stamped after your attendance in the PDOS. This means that you have completed the requirements for employment abroad. You will show this at the immigration when you depart. You may not be allowed to leave the country in the absence of this.
