The average period for a recruitment process – from the time of the application for job abroad to the day of departure – is from 2-3 months. This is based on the assumption that the recruiter is licensed and with the proper job order and that all document requirements are authentic, correct and updated, including medical examinations.
The usual delay in the recruitment happens when documents are incomplete, when the results of medical examinations are not favourable, or when the job order or license of the recruitment agency is in question.
If you have submitted the documents and have paid the placement fee completely, correctly and timely, and there is no confirmation from the recruitment agency or employer within a month from the date of submission, please be wary. Check immediately with the agency the cause of the delay. If they cannot provide you with valid response or reason, report this immediately to the government authority.
